Nigeria Field Visit
A delegation of parliamentarians visited Nigeria from October 16 to October 19, 2001.
Parliamentarians visited the Parliament and met with members of the Senate and the House of Representatives. They also had the opportunity to meet with the staff of the World Bank Office as well as NGOs.
The delegation visited World-Bank supported projects in Lagos, including the Badiah Slum Upgrading Project. The trip gave also the opportunity to the delegation to attend the Annual Conference of African Parliamentary Union and to present PNoWB during plenary session.
